Founder
Corentin, nearly 30, grew up in Strasbourg, where he discovered his passion for the hospitality industry. Keen to broaden his knowledge, he combined internships, studies, and professional experience, working in Michelin-starred establishments, wedding receptions, and cabarets.

He then chose to move to La Rochelle to attend the Excelia Business School, an experience rich in encounters and travel that allowed him to explore another side of the restaurant industry. His journey took him to England, to The Woodspeen restaurant, where he perfected his English and his adaptability, a step he considers crucial in his career.

With ten years of experience in this exciting profession, Corentin has served countless dishes and opened numerous bottles. Today, he is eager to welcome guests and share his passion.
