Founder & Chef
Alice, 28, grew up in southwest France, between the sea and the mountains. After studying catering in Biarritz and Toulouse, she chose England to begin her professional career. For four years, she worked alongside Michelin-starred chef Robby Jenks, immersing herself in English culinary culture.

Her journey then took her to Paris, a mecca of French gastronomy. She joined the Michelin-starred restaurant Pages, where she acquired rigor, composure, and team spirit. Eager to explore new horizons, she then participated in the opening of the Jupi restaurant as Head Chef. Under her leadership, Jupi was listed in the Michelin Guide and the subject of glowing articles in the Parisian press. This first experience as a chef allowed her to define her culinary style.
